  1. I love the records and use of color in your project. You cant really see it on the computer but the detail with the beading really stands out and attracted my attention right away. My favorite part was how the sweater turned out looking like smoke coming out of the cigarette. That was a really creative idea.

  2. Wow, lots going on here. Your use of color is appropriate (snobbish for awesome). Love the 45s, the text, various objects, and placement of the CDs. What completes your piece is the background texture.

    Nice.

  3. The use of the foil in the background is definitely what makes this piece. Loved how you used the objects and color to break things up a bit - very effective.

  4. Your project gave me the feeling of being at the fair, in the small picture booth, giving all sort of facial expressions for 15 seconds, and then when you leave, a film strip (negative) pops out with all of your pictures in an animation form.

To me, your project was very much like that, especially in the manner of you showing different expressions but having fun with it at the same time. Xpress yourself was a clever title and really is the heartfelt truth of your piece.

Overall, I believe your use of different objects and color really applied well with the variations of your xeroxed face . Great job with the match ups.

  5. Your whole theme was completely awesome.
I loved all the cool objects you included in your project. I also loved your small use of color. Your facial expressions went along perfectly with the whole idea of expressing yourself. I found it really eye opening! The cds are a great touch as well. I love all your projects!

  6. i really like your project, especially the touch of color you added to the images. As well as the glitter. One of the images that stuck out the most was the xerox of your face with the cigarette in your mouth. It's a very creepy image since most of your face is in a shade, i think it really worked with your piece because it is hidden within the other images. as if the image were in the shadow of all the other images.

  8. Your project turned out awesome Taylor! I liked all the different elements you added such as the color, records, passport, etc. I also liked how you added the shinny tinfoil( I think it's tinfoil). I also think the "X-press yourself" slogan fit in well because you incorporated a variety of xeroxed facial expressions . Fantastic job

  11. I like collages and this was a good one. I liked that you added color to the B+W scans to add some depth to the frame.
